  • Do I need to register to make a purchase?

    No. You can buy an item without registering – simply select the service you need, pay via SBP, and receive the item directly in the service or get a top-up code.

  • How quickly will the funds or code arrive after payment?

    For direct top-ups, such as Steam, funds are credited to your account within 1–2 minutes. When purchasing a code, it will appear on the screen and be sent to your email immediately after the order is processed.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept payments via SBP from any Russian bank.

  • Can I buy an item as a gift for someone else?

    Yes. When placing the order, enter the recipient’s account or email address – the item will be delivered directly to them.

  • What should I do if the top-up has not been credited or the code does not work?

    Contact support – we are available 24/7. Provide your order number, and we will look into the issue promptly.
