How do I top up a new account?
During the first top-up, the account region may change automatically. To prevent this, follow these steps:
• Log in to Steam using an IP address from the desired region.
• Add at least two free games to your account (e.g., Dota 2).
• Play the added games for 2–3 hours.
• Start topping up with small amounts, for example, from 100 rubles. -
What should I do if I entered the wrong login when topping up Steam?
The system checks the login before payment and will warn you if it doesn’t exist. However, if the entered login accidentally matches a real account of another user and you complete the payment, it will not be possible to cancel the transaction or refund the money.
